East of California’s major Inland Empire industrial hubs in Ontario, San Bernardino and Riverside along Interstate 10, the city of Redlands houses a moderate 33 million square feet of inventory. The industrial supply in Redlands accounts for less than 5% of Inland Empire's market total but an outsized portion of the region's recent occupancy losses.
