SVN|Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate has promoted its chief financial officer to president.
In his new role, Tyler Davis will oversee growth, focusing on geographic expansion and diversification of business lines, the Lakeland, Florida-based commercial brokerage said.
“His promotion to President is well-deserved and reflects our confidence in his ability to spearhead our growth strategy in a way that benefits our clients and advisors," founder Dean Saunders said in a statement.
The firm has five offices across Florida, Georgia and Arkansas. It handles industrial, land, multifamily, office, retail, self-storage and warehouse deals.
Davis joined the firm in 2019, when he started as a property manager before transitioning to an advisory role and later becoming CFO. Since then, he has introduced new strategies and improved the firm's financial standing, the company said.
“As we continue to expand our geographic footprint, preserving our unique company culture remains a top priority," Davis said in a statement.
