CBRE, the global real estate advisory firm, has promoted three people in Oxford.

Gudrun Hamilton has been promoted to director and specialises in property valuations, working across the commercial and residential sectors. She was based in the company's London office, working there for more than nine years and specialising in the Central London market.

Gudrun moved to the Oxford office in 2022 as an associate director and covers the Cambridge, Milton Keynes and Oxford region, with a focus on the growing life sciences and technology and residential and living sectors.

Will Davis steps up to associate director having started at the business as a surveyor in 2022, joining from VSL & Partners. Sitting in the industrial and logistics team, he specialises in land and property disposals and acquisitions across the Oxford-Cambridge-Milton Keynes arc.

Chartered building surveyor Ben Haynes also becomes an associate director. He has worked in the Oxford office for the last year, having previously spent three years at CBRE in London. In January, he joined Turner Townsend, the majority-owned subsidiary of CBRE.

Kevin Wood, head of CBRE’s Oxford office, said: “We are continuing to build a market-leading team in Oxford, and attracting and retaining the very best talent is key to achieving our growth ambitions for the office.

"The promotions are recognition of the valuable contribution each person has made to the business and the important role they will continue to play in the future."

In addition to the promotions, CBRE Oxford has expanded its services by bringing in Alex Crawshaw as a director to establish a new property management team. He moved to CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield five years ago, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Wood added: "We have identified property management as a growth area for the business and having Alex on board will enable us to capitalise on the opportunities in the regional market."
