Cox Pays $25 Million for Alpharetta Property

Cox Communications purchased the property at 10540 Duke Drive in Alpharetta, GA, for $25 million, roughly $231 per square foot. The four-year-old flex building totals 108,336 square feet and was previously owned and occupied by MCI WorldCom. MCI originally purchased 12.15 acres in 1999, built the property and then was forced to transfer it to the Development Authority of Fulton County at the end of 2000.
