It has been less than two years since Philadelphia investment firm Exeter Property Group acquired a vacant Silicon Valley research and development property, but after landing a full-building tenant and watching demand for advanced manufacturing space soar, the investor has landed a buyer willing to pay more than double its original acquisition cost.
