Kennedy Wilson Fund VI, managed by Beverly Hills, California-based Kennedy-Wilson Properties, purchased the Northtowne Summit Apartments at 2777 Northtowne Lane in Reno, Nevada, for $66 million, or about $300,000 per unit, from San Rafael, California-based Seagate Properties.
