Brookfield Properties Buys Third Building in DC Market

Brookfield Properties Corp. acquired Potomac Tower, a 19-story office tower in Rosslyn, VA, on the Potomac River across from Georgetown. This 236,375-square-foot Class A office building built in 1989 was purchased from Deutsche Immobilien Fonds AG for $106 million, or about $448.50/square foot.
