Retail rents in Hong Kong's Causeway Bay are the world's highest, topping prime shop space along New York's Upper Fifth Avenue for the second straight year, a new study finds. Causeway Bay's retail reign, however, is perilous at best as political protests in the area and the U.S.-China trade war take a toll on shopping and tourism.
