Decades ago, Newark, New Jersey, was home to a host of beer breweries, but Pabst Blue Ribbon's facility stood out. Atop it was a 60-foot-tall water tower shaped like a beer bottle, a local landmark and guidepost visible from the bustling Garden State Parkway. The distillery and huge bottle are long in the past, and the property is now being reimagined for a different future.
