Atlanta’s office market has held up better than most major markets through the coronavirus pandemic. Year-over-year net absorption in Atlanta has remained positive, with tenants occupying more space than vacating, while annual demand has turned negative in coastal cities such as New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Regional peers such as Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston also have failed to keep up with Atlanta.
