The ownership group of Comerica Bank Tower, a 60-story, 1.5 million-square-foot skyscraper, which was recently recapitalized with funds from Pacific Elm Properties, a Woods Capital company, plans to convert some of the surplus office space in the high-rise tower into luxury apartments and a hotel.
