TIAA-CREF Invests in South Financial District Class-A Office Building

The 42-story 50 Fremont Street in downtown San Francisco was one of six high profile office assets recently acquired by Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association College Retirement Equities Fund (TIAA-CREF) from NOP Partners, the joint venture between Hines and CalPERS. Total consideration for the San Francisco office tower was approximately $330 million.
