Stockbridge Capital Group, a San Francisco-based private equity real estate investment management firm, has acquired Building D at Camp Hall Commerce Center, a fully leased, 1,128,120-square-foot industrial property in Ridgeville, South Carolina. The building sold for $121 million or $107.26 per square foot.
