Developer Muse Hires Southern Team Project Manager

Muse, the nationwide developer, has continued to grow its southern team with the appointment of Hollie Boxall as project manager.

Boxall joins the London-based team from AtkinsRéalis, with eight years’ experience working on projects across the commercial, residential, and educational sectors for a mix of public and private sector clients.

This includes Argent, iQ Student Accommodation, and the Department of Levelling Up, Housing & Communities and the Houses of Parliament.

Before joining Muse, Boxall helped to deliver the first phase of the Bridge Close Regeneration masterplan in Romford, Essex. The mixed-use development comprises 383 homes, primary school, retail accommodation, and public realm.

Muse's development pipeline in the south includes a mixed-used regeneration project in Stevenage and the first phase of Manor Road Quarter in Canning Town, made up of 355 homes.

Mike Auger, managing director at Muse's southern team, said: "Hollie joins us with a breadth of experience delivering major regeneration across a number of a sectors, working with high profile public and private sector partners.

"Her diverse experience will add real value to our team and our established partners as we deliver our exciting pipeline of new places."
