Discount retail giant Target Corp. broke ground for its newest Chicago-area distribution center at Park 88 in DeKalb, IL. The $100 million, 1.5 million-square-foot facility is scheduled for delivery in the fall of 2005 and is expected to be fully operational by November of 2006.
