Greenwich Hospitality Group Acquires 179-Room West Bay Beach Holiday Inn Resort

Greenwich Hospitality Group, an investment firm headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, purchased a 179-room hotel in Traverse City, Michigan, from ValStone Partners. West Bay Beach Holiday Inn Resort sold for $23.2 million, or about $130,000 per room.
