Aristeia Capital LLC, a New York-based hedge fund, signed a lease to occupy 18,500 square feet of office space at 136 Madison Ave. The company will prepare to move from its former location, 381 Fifth Ave., this summer. It will take on the entire third floor of the 17-story building.
