An industrial space dedicated to warehousing, distribution and manufacturing has already attracted businesses to lease at 10015 W. Hallett Road.
The project, which will be a hub for commerce and logistics, has made a significant impact on the community by driving economic growth and job creation. The buildings' 528,000 square feet of space should generate employment opportunities across multiple industries.
The development was selected by a panel of industry professionals as the winner of the 2025 CoStar Impact Awards sale of the year for Spokane.
This new industrial influx strengthens has positioned Spokane as a key player in regional trade and industry.
About the project: The $3.6 million project encompasses over 528,000 square feet of industrial space.
What the judges said: The judges were impressed by the job opportunities that will result from this project. "The West Plains have such an opportunity to strengthen the job market in our community, development out there will benefit Spokane in many ways," said Bryn West, vice president of leasing and operations at Cowles Real Estate Group.
They made it happen: The team from Panattoni Development Co. included Bart Brynestad and Travis Hale, both partners of the company in Seattle, as well as Senior Development Manager Donnie Belk and Development Manager Colton Litzenberger. Darren Slackman, managing broker at NAI Black, Taylor Press, vice president of the industrial group at Crow Holdings, Tommy Quesenberry, vice president and partner of Perlo Construction, Todd Schutz, senior project manager at Nelson, and Erick Fitzpatrick, principal at AHBL, were also involved in the development.
