Club Med, in search of a new financial partner and whose recent management changes have caused internal turmoil, today announced a "historic 1st half" with sales up 9% year-on-year to €1.15 billion. "This half-year marks a decisive turning point: Club Med's move upmarket is now complete, with 100% of our resorts now upscale or very upscale," said Club Med Chairman Henri Giscard d'Estaing, quoted in the press release.
