Sogelym Dixence upgrades Parc Mail Roissy

Sogelym Dixence continues to develop the Parc Mail in Roissy-en-France. In November 2023, the Group handed over to Hemisphere* (acting on behalf of BGO), four business and office buildings (21 independent cells) totalling 9,200^m2. Designed by the Boman agency with the assistance of Etyo, the buildings are almost 80% leased. Last February, the group launched a turnkey building of almost 6,000^m2 designed by the A26 architectural firm, sold to a private user. And more recently, planning permission was obtained for two multi-storey buildings (architect: A26) comprising 25 independent cells with a total floor area of 25,000^m2.
