Launched at the end of 2023 by Alderan, SCPI Comète signed the sale and leaseback agreement for its first asset in Spain on March 21. The property is a sports and leisure facility in Alcorcon, near the center of Madrid. The transaction is worth €4 million, with an AEM yield of close to 8%.
