Tristan and Alchemy secure further lettings at Reading office landmark campus

Tristan Capital Partners and Alchemy Asset Management have secured a number of office lettings at Campus, Reading, the landmark South East office complex.
 
Multinational medical company Baxter Healthcare has signed a 10-year lease for 9,477 square feet of workspace in a deal which will see the landlord deliver a fully fitted office to be let at £43.50 per square foot.
