JLL has created the new role of CEO of its global Project and Development Services, or PDS group, and the brokerage has tapped Cynthia Kantor to fill the position.

In her new role, Kantor, who's based in Atlanta, will oversee a new leadership team unified under a global structure to provide clients with access to JLL's professionals across the globe. As part of the reshaping of the group JLL has appointed Nick Winter as the new leader of PDS in the Europe, Middle East and Africa, or EMEA, region.

Winter, based in London, served as the head of project cost and net zero consulting in the UK for the past year. He joined JLL in 2023 from Unispace and worked as an executive in CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions EMEA group for nearly eight years before that.

JLL also said Martin Hinge will continue in his role of its PDS business in the Asia-Pacific, or APAC, region.
