Financial Services Firm Moves Down Market St., Leases 66,761 SF

Fannie Mae leased 66,761 square feet at 1835 Market Street, Philadelphia. The firm relocated its operations from 1900 Market St. where it occupied 82,752 square feet. The 683,473-square-foot, Class-A office building was designed by Kling-Lindquist, one of Philadelphia's most respected architectural firms.
