Building owner, FIC Development Corp. and building management company, L.J. Sheridan & Co., solidified plans to convert the current office/medical space in the Garland Building at 111 N. Wabash Ave. in Chicago, into office condominiums. The Garland Building is one of the first buildings in Chicago to capitalize on a national trend of creating office condos out of previously rented and highly prestigious space.
