William J. Wrigley Jr. Co. signed a lease to occupy the entire 500,160-square-foot industrial building at 825 Bluff Road in Romeoville, IL. The facility is within the Bluff Point I building park. The chewing gum manufacturing company will take occupancy of the building in July of this year.
