Wyndham Hotels & Resorts announced Thursday a commercial alliance with Spanish hotel company Palladium Hotel Group to expand Wyndham's all-inclusive Registry Collection Hotels.

Through the alliance, Wyndham will add 14 all-inclusive luxury TRS Hotels and Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts managed by Palladium Hotel Group in locations such as Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Brazil. The 14 properties amount to more than 6,500 rooms, according to a company news release. Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts, which focuses on family all-inclusive vacations, and TRS Hotels, which is adults-only, are Palladium Hotel Group's two all-inclusive luxury brands.

All 14 hotels will join Wyndham's portfolio under a long-term agreement. Wyndham currently has an all-inclusive resort portfolio of 26 hotels. Palladium Hotel Group operates 41 hotels across six countries.

The first four properties to be rolled into Registry Collection Hotels from this partnership are located in Riviera Maya, Mexico, including the TRS Yucatan Hotel, Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa, Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa and the Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa. More properties to join the collection this August and September include the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa, Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa, TRS Turquesa Hotel and TRS Cap Cana Hotel.

Wyndham President and CEO Geoff Ballotti said in the news release that expanding Registry Collection Hotels is part of Wyndham's global growth goal in the luxury space.

“These unique, all-inclusive hotels are designed to ensure that guests — whether redeeming Wyndham Rewards points or booking directly — will enjoy an elevated vacation,” he added.

Jesús Sobrino, CEO of Palladium Hotel Group, said "this agreement with a hotel company that has one of greatest distribution capacities in the United States is a great pairing for us" and "is part of our commitment to the American market due to its proximity and great air connectivity with the Caribbean destinations where we operate."
