Founded by Clémentine Lalande, Guillaume Sempé and Pierre Joly in 2023, start-up Kelvin, whose software is dedicated to renovation and real estate professionals, recently raised €5m; a round of financing led by Racine², Serena x makesense's impact fund, and followed by Seedcamp, Raise Capital, Kima Ventures, Motier Ventures, as well as several business angels from the renovation sector. Kelvin uses artificial intelligence to generate energy studies for housing renovation projects.
