Capital Realty Investors LLC purchased the Radisson Bay Harbor Hotel from Shorecrest Holdings Ltd. a company that is controlled by New York Yankees owner George Steinbrenner. The 258-room hotel sold for $13.8 million or about $53,488/room. Ben Wacksman represented Capital Realty Investors.
