Altarea launches a housing offer dedicated to first-time buyers

"We're going to be active, fighting to emerge stronger from this crisis...". Such was the promise made by Alain Taravella, Altarea's founding Chairman, last February. And his group is fighting this battle on many fronts, not least in the housing sector, where it has just launched, via its Cogedim brand, an offer dedicated to first-time buyers; an offer dubbed "Le nouveau neuf", which "makes it possible to offer apartments at a controlled cost with loans at subsidized rates, with no deposit, no initial downpayment, no notary fees and no interim interest", he promises.
