New York Group Sold Pillbox Plaza for $7.2 Million

Partnership Purchased 45K-SF Pembroke Pines Retail Complex

Plantation Industrial West and H&H Warehousing Inc. acquired Pillbox Plaza for $7.2 million from Pembroke Pines Associates LP, which is affiliated with Hendrock Realty of New York. The 44,931-square-foot retail center, which was built in 1984, is located at 12200 Taft St. in Pembroke Pines. The retail plaza is home to Pill Box Pharmacy & Medical Supply and Cora Rehabilitation Clinic.
