Industrial construction starts in Houston peaked in 2022, and much of that record amount of new supply is expected to hit the market this year, with Houston joining other fast-growing Sun Belt markets such as Dallas, Orlando, Nashville and Raleigh, North Carolina, which also are bracing for a record amount of new industrial space coming online this year.
