While many hoteliers say labor shortages and cost increases have eased somewhat compared to the extreme issues faced in recent year, a new survey from the American Hotel & Lodging Association shows it's still one of the biggest issues hoteliers face early in 2024.

Two-thirds of respondents claim to be suffering through staffing shortages while more than 4 in 5 say they've raised wages in the second half of 2023.
