Group Sold 335-345 N. Maple in a Direct Deal

The investment entity Maple Plaza LP acquired Maple Plaza, a multitenant office building at 335-345 N. Maple Ave. in Beverly Hills for $101 million in a direct sale. Maple Plaza is considered one of the top five commercial properties in the market. The Class A, multitenant, three-story garden office building of 285,322 square feet sold at $354 per square foot.
