Middleburg Heights Developer Signs Home Improvement Retailer to Anchor 290K-SF Shopping Center

Lewanski Development LLC of Middleburg Heights secured a Lowe’s home improvement store as an anchor for the 290,000-square-foot The Renaissance Park project. The 116,000-square-foot store is set to break ground in late October and should be open for business next summer.
