DHL Express (USA) signed a six-year sublease for 57,722 square feet at 15776 Laguna Canyon Road in Irvine from Telmar Holdings Inc. The total consideration for the sublease is $2.8 million. DHL will occupy the first floor of the building. The flex building is within Irvine Spectrum 6.
