Stockbridge/MCC LLC purchased the South Coast Metro Center building at 555 Anton Blvd. in Costa Mesa for $57.8 million. Stockbridge/MCC also owns the two neighboring buildings, 535 and 575 Anton Blvd., which are part of the three-building center.
