Hotel industry C-suite veteran Eric Danziger joined commercial real estate investment company Braintree Group last year, and today the company is rebranding its Braintree Hospitality arm as Resolute Road Hospitality and will expand into hotel third-party management.
The company’s current portfolio includes 15 hotels and 1,732 guestrooms.
"What makes us different at Resolute Road Hospitality is our commitment to the owner. We offer the focus, attention, accessibility and transparency that owners are entitled to but so often forego. The industry has changed dramatically in recent years, and owners are faced with countless challenges from labor constraints, erratic supply chains, and ever-evolving consumer demands," Danziger said in a news release about the company.
The leadership team led by CEO Danziger also includes President Gary Horton; Chief Business Development Officer Daniel Pinheiro; Chief Investment Officer Kristen Knapp; and Director of Operations Aimee Tylor. Kevin O'Neil and Richard Sprecher recently joined the team as vice presidents of business development to expand the existing pipeline.
Danziger joined the Boise, Idaho-based Braintree Group in 2022 after six years as Trump Hotels’ chief executive. He led the company during its namesake Donald Trump’s tenure as president of the United States, during which time the election halted international expansion plans, and two additional hotel brands — Scion and American Idea — were abandoned after not gaining traction.
Prior to his time at Trump Hotels, Danziger was president and CEO of Hampshire Hotels Management — now known as Dream Hotel Group — president and CEO of Wyndham Hotel Group, president and CEO of Starwood Hotels & Resorts and president and chief operations officer of Carlson Hotels.
