The last 11 of Cabela’s corporate-owned outdoor supply stores have been sold for $324 million in a sale-leaseback agreement brokered by a firm using a digital platform.

B+E, based in New York, negotiated the deal for Cabela’s parent Bass Pro Shops to sell the buildings under a 25-year lease to a joint venture led by Sansome Pacific Properties.
