As of the end of April, more than 900 projects currently in the U.S. hotel construction pipeline would be classified as dual-branded properties. Most of them are still in the proposed or final planning stage. However, approximately 152 dual-branded hotels were under construction as of the end of April and 140 are slated to open in 2024.
