HCP, Inc., one of the largest healthcare REITs based on market capitalization, unveiled a new corporate identity and several leadership changes as part of its third quarter earnings announcement. The real estate investment trust's new name is Healthpeak Properties, with the company's common stock now trading under a new ticker, PEAK, on the New York Stock Exchange.
