Commenting on the results of the French logistics real estate market for the 1st half of the year, Arthur Loyd Logistique considers that geographical disparities predominate in the analysis of the distribution of volumes placed. In particular, the Île-de-France region is struggling, with just 10 deals signed for a total of 193,000 m², a 53% contraction in volume compared with the S1 five-year average, according to the consultancy. For Didier Terrier, Managing Partner of Arthur Loyd Logistique, "in this uncertain context, the capital region is temporarily losing its appeal. Users are rationalizing their logistics costs, and the more attractive rents in outlying regions are prompting them to free up buildings."
