The city of Calgary announced two more downtown office buildings have been approved to receive city grant funds for conversion to residential use as part of the Downtown Calgary Development Incentive Program. The program, which aims to address a massive oversupply in the office market and revitalize the downtown core, offers grants for conversions of $75 per square foot, maximizing at $10 million per property.
