Mary Dillon, the Ulta Beauty CEO who shepherded the cosmetic and skin care retailer’s nearly 120% surge in stores, is stepping down after an eight-year run and will be replaced by David Kimbell, the company’s president, as Ulta and the industry deal with reduced demand for makeup in the pandemic.
