Coworking is rapidly gaining popularity in Southern California's Orange County, with more workers getting lured by amenities that often include beer on tap, dog-friendly workspaces and retail and fitness club discounts. It also benefits from a twist: laid-back renters willing to spurn traditional office space in favor of converted storefronts and warehouses.
