Montreal-based Ivanhoé Cambridge and Sydney-based Lendlease plan to invest an initial 500 million U.S. dollars, roughly 638 million Canadian dollars, to build life science hubs in cities that have seen that sector take off in recent years, leveraging the success of a partnership the two firms formed last year for a project in Boston.
