Skate City Aurora Sells for $1.8M

Private Investors Buy 23,447-SF Skating Rink for $77/SF

A group of private investors, led by Karan Hosseinzadeh, acquired Skate City Aurora for $1.8 million or $77 per square foot. The 23,447-square-foot skating rink at 13870 E 6th Ave. in Aurora, is on 1.68 acres and was built in 1970. Steve Hunsinger of Olive Real Estate Group represented the buyer and sellers, Kelly Investment Co. and Jeffrey and Theresa Ingrum.
