San Diego apartment rents inch up in March

Although apartment rents rose in March, that did little to alter the current narrative of underwhelming performance. Rents ticked up a modest 0.1% for the month to an average of $2,510 per month, making San Diego the sixth most expensive rental housing market in the United States among major metropolitan areas.
