Delilah, a Los Angeles-born supper club known as a celebrity hangout, is set to open its first New York location in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District.
The eatery, launched in 2016 before later expanding to Las Vegas, Miami and Dallas, signed a 15-year lease spanning about 10,000 square feet, mostly below ground, at 351 W. 14th St. with landlord Tavros Holdings, according to The h.wood Group, the global restaurant and nightlife operator behind Delilah, The Nice Guy and Bootsy Bellows.
The New York outpost will be called “Lady Delilah,” a name intended to signal a New York–only evolution of the brand, according to The h.wood Group. Drawing inspiration from the city’s 1930s art deco era, the space will feature vintage oak finishes, tiled barrel ceilings and a subterranean layout that nods to New York’s historic nightlife scene. The venue is expected to open this fall.
The supper club will host live music, dancers and a nightly band, the hospitality group said.
The forthcoming debut comes as the Meatpacking District shows signs of post‑pandemic recovery. After several years of a slowdown and market reset, the district has reentered a growth phase, with 2025 marking a clear turning point for leasing, according to the local business improvement district. The neighborhood welcomed 19 new tenants last year, and ground‑floor occupancy has returned to pre‑pandemic levels, the group said.
