Fund sells ten retail units in Yvetot

Ten retail units, representing a total retail space of 3,400 m², have been sold in Yvetot, Seine-Maritime. Leased since 2018 to national retailers, they were sold by Normandie Foncière, an investment fund mainly owned by Caisse d'Epargne Normandie and managed by Midi 2i. The buyer is a family office, and Tourny Meyer (Jonathan Charlery) acted as advisor on this transaction. This is the third time this year that the Board has accompanied this investor in an acquisition.
